Class Sizes

At Comfortable Tech, we ensure that all our client learners receive personal attention and individual support. Our soft skill classes range from small groups of 4 to larger groups of 16.

Environment

Each learner in our training facility has their own PC with printing facilities, for computer training at Comfortable Tech. Soft Skill workshops are held at suitable venues in a relaxed environment.

Course Material

We provide comprehensive, easy to use course documentation, including instruction notes and exercises focused on the course material to encourage both theoretical and practical learning.

Qualified Facilitators

Our facilitators are fully qualified and highly experienced, with the ability to adapt and relate to the requirements of our clients and learners. Each facilitator holds relevant certification, as well as Assessor & Moderator, and Microsoft Office Specialist certification, where appropriate.

Performance Analysis

A performance analysis on each learner is submitted to the client, in order to facilitate work output planning.

Quality Assessment

Each learner completes a course evaluation form to enable us to ensure that the quality of our training, and our overall service, is maintained at all times.

Support

Comfortable Tech provides free telephonic assistance to all learners, specific to the courses attended. Additional on-site support is available if required, at an hourly rate.

Established in 2011, Comfortable Tech has been a fully accredited SETA training provider since and is registered with the MICT SETA who assures the quality of our courses, and the qualifications of our Moderators and Assessors.
Our modular PC and software training courses are fully in line with the unit standards of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF), and are designed to ensure that necessary skills are transferred to client learners effectively and efficiently.
